Shipping & Delivery

Orders from Hong Kong:

Logistic Procedure: 

  • Customers will pay for the shipping fee while checking out.
  • We offer SF Express or self pick-up.

Shipping Fee:

  • Orders under HK$1000: HK$35
  • Orders exceed HK$1000: FREE
  • Self pick-up at Lai Chi Kok office: FREE

Delivery - (Group-buy Purchase):

    • Under normal circumstances, products from brands will be delivered within 30 days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays, Public Holidays) after each cut-off date. (Delivery time varies as brands were sourced globally)(Special Reminder ⚠️： The expected arrival date for products ordered from Uoga Uoga is 4 weeks. For other brands, customers have to refer to the delivery details by case.）

Delivery - (Purchases made for certain amount of specified MOQ / MOV):

    • Under normal circumstances, the products will be delivered within 30 days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays, Public Holidays) after the day the products being purchased.

Delivery - (Instant-buy Purchases):

    • After the purchase of any products which are already being stored at our Hong Kong Warehouse and was available for Instant-buy Purchases, the products will be delivered within 1 - 2  working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays, Public Holidays) after the day the products being purchased.

Orders from Mainland China : 

Logistic Procedure: 

  • In this website, receivers from Mainland China will only have to pay for goods while the courier will collect the shipping fee and tax after the parcel has delivered. 
  • We will use the SF Express to send out orders.
  • After sending out the parcel, we will provide the receiver with the tracking code. According to the code, the receiver has to upload his/her ID card onto the website of SF.
  • After the receiver uploads the ID card, SF Express will make the customs declaration and ship the parcel to the receiver.
  • Receivers will have to pay for the shipping fee and tax at the moment they receive the parcel. 
  • Please note that if the receiver delays uploading the ID document, the parcel will be sent out late as well.

Shipping Fee:

  • First 1kg: RMB48
  • Additional weight: RMB14/kg
  • Same shipping fee for the entire country 

Delivery:

  • Due to interregional shipping and custom clearance involved, orders may take up to 30 days to be arrived.

Remark:

  • Each parcel can have not more than 10 goods and not exceed RMB800
  • If a customer orders more than 10 goods or exceeds RMB800, we will separate the order into different parcel as long as we meet the custom requirement 
  • Customer has the responsibility to clear customs and any import duty or taxes if applicable
  • All sales are final. No refund/exchange/return for all international orders
